This 25,000-square-foot office expansion and renovation project for Ramaker Architecture + Engineering offered Friede & Associates an opportunity to modernize a pre-existing building in a timely and cost-effective manner. The project involved renovating an existing 20,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building and adding 5,000 square feet to meet Ramaker's space needs.
In addition to adding on to the building, Friede & Associates also made extensive electrical and lighting upgrades, installed new acoustical ceilings and attractive cloud features, constructed a new entry, and completely renovated all interior finishes. The project was completed within budget and one month ahead of schedule.
This project was recognized by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Wisconsin as a 2015 Gold Project of Distinction.
