As a General Contractor, Construction Manager, and Design/Builder, Friede & Associates strives to meet its commitment of Integrity, Service and Performance on every project and in every relationship. We expect the same commitment from each and every Subcontractor, Supplier and Vendor that we work with.

The Friede & Associates subcontractor pre-qualification process was designed to gather information about each firm we intend to work with so that we can more effectively manage the risk of doing business in our every changing economic environment.

This form gathers very basic information about your firm – business name, your address, the kind of work your firm does, your firms corporate structure and key contact information – so we can enter or update your firms profile in our system.

We are also asking to know your recently completed and current jobs, your safety record, any legal issues you may have, bonding and insurance information, and some very basic financial information, to help us discern your company’s capabilities. We understand the sensitive and confidential nature of this information such that we will safeguard it as we would our own.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding the completion of this form. Friede & Associates will not issue any contracts to any potential subcontractors unless they have a form on file in our office.
