Cottage Grove Retail
Project Scope: New commercial retail development
Location: Cottage Grove, Wisconsin

This new 15,000-square-foot retail center located in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin is now home to Dunkin’, Baskin-Robbins, and Noodle & Company. Construction began June 1, 2022, and was substantially completed seven months later at the end of December 2022 to allow Dunkin', the first tenant to begin their build-out. Despite material delivery delays and unprecedented rainfall, all the exterior improvements, including a second lift of pavement and landscaping, were completed on May 17, 2023.
This project was recognized by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Wisconsin as a 2023 Gold Project of Distinction.
